Ten Steps to Happiness



1.- Forgive every person, every event that went wrong in your life, forgive yourself for letting this happen, forgive but never forget, this will be the only thing you will keep to learn from these events and do not let them happen or come to your life again.

2.- Let the past stay in the past, this can be interpreted as forgetting but is not the same, because we know, that we never forget, so, as soon as you let everything wrong that happened in your past, be there (in your past) you will be ready for the next step.

3.- Live every moment in your life, enjoy it, meet new people, go out, reconnect with your friends, give you enough time to heal your wounds, before you start a new relationship, if you jump into a new relationship before everything is in the past, you may make the same mistakes, so give you the time to enjoy your single life again and give yourself enough time to grow up.

4.- Give yourself the chance to take everything you have inside, out, bring everything you were keeping inside, liberate yourself, scream, dance, ride a roller-coaster, liberate everything you were keeping inside, do not let anything in there, just take it all.

5.- Start a plan to reinvent yourself, run, go to the gym, start the diet you were leaving behind, cut your hair, try a new look, wear high heels, wear the short black dress, you are unique, you are beautiful, you are smart, nobody can take this from you.

6.- Enjoy your solitude, take advantage of every space, if you want to paint, paint, if you want to write, just do it, you are the only owner of your new space, do what ever you want to do with your free time, nobody but you, can do it.

7.- Try to be surrounded by people with good energy, you do not need people who put you down, those are people that you want to leave behind, sparkling people is going to make you feel up.

8.- Travel, go to new places, expand your knowledge, if you have the chance, do it, this is going to make you feel renewed, you will gain new energies, you will come back as a new person, no matter if is a two hours trip, you will come back totally new.

9.- Read a book, a new one, it does not matter if is not a best seller, read, this will help you to keep distracted, busy, not to think about the past, it does not matter if is a love story, read, you will just learn a little bit of something.

10.- Finally, be ready for the new you, stronger, powerful, full of confidence, this one, the new one, will never be torn apart again, because, you will not let anybody to do this to you again, you are the center of the universe and people have to learn how to live around you, because you are just... Fabulous!!!
